Good Morning, America, How Are You?
Breakfast in State College, PA. (Our final first meal together for the trip.)
As we approached, it was a scene out of a cartoon: feathers flying out of the truck. And then it made more sense— kind of.
Breakfast in Elkhart, IN. (It was only this morning, in a very public setting, during which we realized how strange it could seem to others that we put the camera on a self-timer to take a picture of us eating breakfast every morning. “Is it a school project?” one elderly couple asked. We laughed awkwardly and agreed to let them take the picture for us. Blurry as it was, we would not ask for another.)
